Trump has made America’s moral compass more open
We can thank Donald Trump for one thing. He has made it abundantly clear that America has never been a policeman capable of upholding a ‘rules-based world order’.
America is better described as the head of a gangster empire. They have over eight hundred military bases around the world. They have wanted ‘total control of the world’ since the end of the Cold War.
If you obey America, then fine. And if you don’t, then you will be removed. That is what happened to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last Friday. He was publicly humiliated in the White House. In front of journalists.
Many people think that this is too bad. But worse has happened before. And that is the death of millions of people in Ukraine and Russia. This war was completely unnecessary. America has been creating this war through NATO for the past twenty years. The purpose of this war was one and the same – to show the world that America is the boss. Just like they did in Iraq.
Henry Kissinger once said, it is dangerous to be America’s enemy, but it is even more dangerous to be America’s friend.
Zelensky feels it in his bones. That’s how gangster empires work. They will make you work. Then, when they are no longer needed, they will throw you away. Just like in Hollywood movies.
America used Zelensky during Joe Biden’s Trump has made America’s term. America needed a servant in Russia’s neighboring country, Ukraine. Now everyone is watching what the consequences are.
NATO has repeatedly tried to take Ukraine under its control. Russia has repeatedly warned that this could be a threat to its existence. Russia would never want America to install missiles on its border. Just as America absolutely did not tolerate the installation of Soviet missiles on the border of Cuba in the 1960s.
In this situation, the people of Ukraine elected Volodymyr Zelensky as their candidate for peace. His main promise was to end the civil war in the country. The civil war began with a coup d’état, sparked by a conflict between anti-Russian “nationalist” groups in western Ukraine and the Russian-speaking population in eastern Ukraine. But Zelensky soon broke his promise of peace.
